Description
The human body needs around 300 mg of magnesium every day. In special situations, such as stress or physical activity, the requirement can be twice as high. The body cannot produce magnesium itself, which is why the mineral must be supplied daily through food and fluid. The patented BWT water⁺magnesium technology offers an intelligent and efficient alternative to conventional food supplements in the form of powders, tablets and capsules, where magnesium is mostly bound to salts. The water⁺magnesium delivers magnesium to the body in ionic form and through regular water drinking.
